SOLVENT UNITS

A Solvent oil extraction unit is now added to the RSV Group of companies. It is a process for producing edible oil that relies on the extraction principle. It involves choosing an organic solvent capable of dissolving oil and grease. The selected solvent is then brought into contact with the oil, either through soaking or spraying, to facilitate the extraction of oil and grease from the raw material.

Our solvent plant has the capacity to process 150 tons of raw material per day. The refinery capacity is to process 50 tons of crude vegetable oil per day. The plant is equipped to process all kind of agriculture and forest based oil seeds. Another unit to produce food grade wax (edible) from vegetable oil is setup alongside the extraction unit. It’s capacity is 2 tons food grade wax per day. It is a byproduct of the solvent extraction process. The unit is setup in a 10 acre lush green campus based in Godhari village, Mahasamund District, Chhattisgarh.

Our Crude Maize Oil is extracted from high-quality Maize DDGS through an advanced solvent extraction process using hexane, ensuring efficient oil recovery while maintaining the natural properties of the oil.This crude maize oil serves as an excellent raw material for further refining to produce refined edible corn oil and is widely used in edible oil refineries, food processing industries, and other industrial applications.

The product is produced under strict quality control to ensure consistent quality, purity, and reliability for refining purposes.

The extracted crude oil is then processed in our refinery where it undergoes multiple refining stages including degumming, neutralization, bleaching, and deodorization. This process removes impurities, free fatty acids, and unwanted odors, resulting in a clear, pure, and high-quality refined edible oil.

Our flagship product is Maize De-Oiled Cake (DOC) – manufactured by RSV EXIM PVT LTD, a pioneer in producing premium-quality feed ingredients. Our DOC stands out in the market for its exceptional nutritional profile and consistent quality, making it an ideal component for cattle, poultry, and aqua feed formulations.
