In foods, black mustard leaves (greens) are used in salads and other dishes. The seed is used as a spice and to flavor mustard condiment. There are approximately 40 different species of mustard plant. Black mustard (Brassica nigra) is the most pungent. Our Organic Mustard adds nice and wild aroma in dishes.
