Coriander is native to South-Eastern Europe and is cultivated extensively in India. This herbaceous crop grows up to 2 feet in height with branching stems that feature deep-green soft, hairless bi-lobe or tri-lobed leaves.
You must prefer the consumption of organically raised coriander as it has a higher nutrition value and promotes other health benefits such as –
- Devoid of pesticides or harmful chemicals.
- No scope of water contamination.
- Higher nutritional value and improved taste.
The mature plant forms small light pink colour flowers that subsequently transform into globular or oval-shaped fruits.
